When I was with Hallmark, a group of eight cartoonists (including me) managed to talk management into trying something totally new. The result was Shoebox Greetings Cards. We created totally new ideas, and had a blast breaking humor barriers. I learned that as the world evolves, so does humor. My cartoons’ styles are diverse because I enjoy children’s books, as well as sophisticated magazines.
